Homes are often listed on Funda later than on the real estate agents website. It is easy to trace which real estate agent is offering the property on Funda. Therefore, regularly check the websites and social media profiles of real estate agents who list properties within your search criteria.

Pararius

Pararius has grown to become the largest rental platform in the Netherlands since its establishment in 2006. The entire website is functionally free, from basic searches to setting up email alerts tailored to your specific search criteria. Responding to and viewing properties is also free of charge. The platform is primarily utilized by real estate agents, contributing to its high level of reliability. Since July 2023, Pararius has expanded its services with Pararius+. Through this additional service, you can stay even more rapidly informed about new listings. The distinction between Pararius and Pararius+ lies in the speed of the email alert. Pararius sends emails once a day, whereas Pararius+ immediately notifies you when a property is uploaded that meets your search criteria. The cost for Pararius+ is 1 euro for the first 7 days, followed by a full membership fee of 9.50 euros per month.

While a free account allows you to explore the available properties, a premium account is essential to respond to listings and initiate contact with a landlord. The subscription fee for this premium account is 29.95 euros per month, following a 14-day complimentary trial period.

Huurflits

Huurflits is an advertising platform featuring daily new listings of rental homes, studios, and rooms. The advertisements primarily come from private landlords, but real estate agents are also active on the platform. New properties are uploaded six days a week (Monday through Saturday) at 08:00. The site offers free filters and email notifications to set up your perfect search criteria. A premium account is required to respond to the advertisements, priced at 19 euros for 14 days.

Papayo

Papayo is a relatively newly developed platform for rooms, studios, and homes offered by private individuals and real estate agents. The platform primarily operates with properties in large cities and their vicinity. Homes in smaller towns or villages are not available here. This platform provides users the option to purchase a PRO account at an affordable price and with a limited duration. This is especially suitable if, for example, you only see a few homes you would like to respond to. However, there are also options to purchase the PRO account for an extended period. There are three different options for obtaining a PRO account:

Huurportaal

Huurzone

Huurzone offers rooms, studios, and homes nationwide. The website is free for property searches, and with a free account, you can set up a search query for email notifications. It's also possible to access the contact details of the landlords. With a premium account, additional features are accessible, including more search filters and detailed information about the property with photos.
